Pieter, I always liked looking into your eyes and telling you how I loved the fact that they were such a wonderful blue. The cancer took the blue out of your eyes but I still remember. I wish I had more time to take care of you. Even when I took you home from the hospital, I thought we had more time. I guess I watched too many old movies.
